Need help to identify my jetbrain account details

Actually I don't remember when I purchased jetbrain licence key but today when I was going through my credit card statement i found i paid for a license to jet brain. But unfortunately I don't remember which account it was. So here i need help first how to identify the account using which purchased the license key and second was that payment for only time or it will take place again for renew subscription like thing. The only thing which I have is transaction date and credit card statement. It would be great if someone can help me withe this
