Hi,
There seems file hash not match wrong with the uninstall.exe, but Android Studio is developed and supported by Google, you may contact them by click menu in the Android Studio Help | Submit Feedback, or open the link by your self:

You may also simple download the installer again from https://developer.android.com/studio and install to the same location again, before that you can manually delete all the files in the Android Studio installation folder.
