Using Tab instead of Arrow for code completion no longer working

Hi,

I have set Select Next Completion Option to tab and Select Previous Completion Option to Shift + tab. I have also removed tab from Choose Lookup Item Replace as per the advice in this previous post. That worked for a while but now it is broken. Now when I tab through the selection it creates an html element for me, but not for shift + tab. I've attached two screenshots below that show what happens when I press tab:
