Unable to continue using student license
Hello,
I'm a postgraduate student in Xiamen University and I use to have a Jetbrains student license in my undergraduate, but when I tried renew with my postgraduate id it appears I am not eligible. Please help me to find the solution.

To apply for Jetbrains student license renewal, you have to log into your JetBrains Account and find the renewal link entry on the right side of the corresponding authorization.
JetBrains Account entry: https://account.jetbrains.com/
Please use your account administrator email address as your account name, which previously set by you, and it may not be same as your undergraduate campus email address.
**Reminder**
- If you do not have a postgraduate campus email address or if it is not in the JetBrains database, you need to submit your application through official documents. Students in colleges and universities must provide the Xuexin.com student status verification report as an official document (the PDF version must be accompanied by a valid verification code).
- If the submission is unsuccessful, it will be redirected back to the application form and the items that need to be corrected will be indicated in red. After the application is submitted successfully, the page will lead to a new page and inform that the submission has been successful.
