How to change error messages to English in Run cocsole (Intellij Idea)?

Hi!
I added "-Duser.language=en" to idea64.exe.vmoptions (Help => Edit Custom VM Options...), reloaded IDEA and OS, but it still doesn't work.

Hello Pestovnikova2013. Please, try to add the  -Duser.language=en  option to the Run configuration  (Run | Edit Configurations...) you use to run your application:
