How to find out which files ar eunsynched between the local and remote files via ftp?

Hello all,

I would like to use more the phpstorm FTP tool, and cannot work out how to do something basic which is built within WINSCP which is comparing 2 folders and finding out if the remote files need to be updated from the local server.

Any idea how to do this please?

Usually it is some kind of timestamp and file size comparaison logic running within Winscp.
