Pycharm + DeepLearning Library is slow and laggy !

I have been using Pycharm Professional for 6 + years and i am very happy so far but lately using Pycharm with Pytorch has been so slow it is horrendeous. The indexing and updating the skeleton with these kind of libraries takes forever. Sometimes it even hangs completly and one has to restart pycharm starting everything again. Taking long wouldn't be such a big issue if my Computer would start hanging in the process. I use Linux with a new 16 Core Processor and have 32 gb ram. I increased the memory usage for Pycharm i downgraded the versions to see if it fixes things. I think indexing and skeletons taking long is ok but the fact that the computer is unusable is annoying !!!!
