Is there any visual indicator / button for multi caret mode on/off?

I accidentally enable multi caret from time to time and it's confusing and hard to turn off.

The current question is if the UI contains any visual element indicating that this is enabled, and preferrably, to turn it off?

When searching, there are small icons highlighted for case matching (Cc) and regex (.*) , something like that would be useful for this feature.
