Clion not opening git login

when i want to open a project via git  ("get from version control)", i dont get asked for login data and cloning failed.
The login has to be via https and personal access token because of 2fa.

Two weeks ago from same server it worked in rider 2022. I use clion 2023, git is also installed native on my windows 11.

Edit: the solution is to enable git credential helper.
but if its your first clion project, its very uncomfortable to first make an empty project, just to be able going to the clion git settings..
