Hello, I have had a year without problems with my student license to use JetBrains products and recently my license has expired, I wanted to renew it because I am still a student. I have already sent two requests with official documents but they have not responded to me and now I saw the GitHub option because I have the Student Pack and I get that account blocked message. Could you help me? Please

Thanks for the request. A number of educational domains are rejected by our automated system for various reasons such as past instances of large-scale fraud. But the most common reason by far is simply that the university in question allows students to keep their student emails after graduation, making a student email address alone insufficient for verification of enrollment.
For these cases, you can use the "Official Documents" tab at the top of the student application, linked below, to fill out a manual application with a document that can be used to verify your enrollment:

Please make sure that the document contains your name, your school's name, and the year of enrollment. Once you have completed the application, let me know and I will review it personally.

i have the same problem but its my first time i had my student back from git hub and authorized it and gives me the same massage that my account is blocked and used the "Official Documents" and sensed it from a month and haven't been reviewed

Some educational domains are blocked due to a history of license misuse. You can't get a license with such email instantly.
However, you can submit a request or renew your license with an official document.
To get a new educational license, please submit a form and attach your papers here (https://www.jetbrains.com/community/education/#students).
To renew your license, please log in to JetBrains account (https://account.jetbrains.com/) and click "renew". Then select "Official document".
