How I can be sure that all required GitHub actions complete if some of them has been failed?

After I extended my plugin from the official template (I don't know how to check the template version but it was 21th Apr 2023), the GitHub actions has been run. Some of them failed, but I have rerun them.
Currently I have 4 action: 2 of the succeed and 2 of them failed.
I am not sure that failed ones has been compensated but succeeded ones, so I am not sure that I can relax and begin to write the code. How can I check it? The names of actions are same!
By the way, the badge "Build" in the README.md is still red. Maybe it means that some required tasks has not been finished yet.

You can disregard these failures, there are currently some problems with GitHub Actions and Template repositories.
