Project structure in CLion and CMake

Hi community,

I have tested CLion for the past few days. I must say, I am really impressed.

However, one thing that still bothering me is the project structure on the left panel inside the IDE.

I've read that CLion is CMake centric IDE, however, in that case I would have expected to see one target one project in the Project view panel.

Even more, the so called 'Project' view is not much different than plain old file structure.

Am I missing something, or is it still the support for structure at such a rudimental level ?

Do you want files to be organized based on the build target they belong to? It's not implemented in CLion yet. Feel free to comment or upvote the related feature request - See if you are not familiar with YouTrack.

If I misunderstood your request, please describe the project structure and what files you would like to see in the Project view.
