Unable to resolve package but still working

Hello, I wanted to use OpenCV and it works just fine. The only problem is that pycharm doesn't seem to recognise the cv2 functions as seen in this screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/QHYrtEJ
The autocompletion doesn't work because of this it really isn't aa big problem since the code still works but it's kinda annoying.
