Intellij shows two current branches at the same time

Recently, when I checked the git tab of Intellij, I saw two current branches and there is no-way I can delete one of them. There is one current branch always there no matter what I do. The other one can change by checking out other branches. In the attached photo, the "De" branch always stays there no matter what I do.

It seems that you have two git repositories in your project and this is why you have two currently checked out branches.
You can double-check that you have two repositories under File | Settings | Version Control | Directory Mappings
