Terrible support level
I have created a 'How to' request 15 days ago.
And till now I have no answer. NO ANSWER AT ALL. For what do you charge me every year if you cannot provide even minimum level of the support?

but something is wrong in your kitchen )) it is already not the first time I meet a delay like this.
I wish you find somebody asap. I very much like PhpStorm but sometimes help is so needed, but it is not available.
