Jupyter Output Cell cuts off last value of dataframe.

Running a pandas query that returns 6 rows, for example, will only show 5-ish rows, and you either have to scroll to see the sixth row or enlarge the output window manually each time you run the query. This happens for any number of rows.

Is there a way to extend the default size of the output cell to ensure that it's not necessary to scroll or manually increase the size of the output cell each time?

I have attached a screenshot of this issue.
