Git branch alongside my repositories

Answered

Great afternoon, everyone.

A few weeks ago I could see alongside my repositories the branch I was working on (e.g. - master, main, feature/, fix/ etc). Also, even when I merged some PR, my repo automatically changed back to the main branch. This does not happen anymore.

Does anyone have some experience with the same?

Hi Lucas,

Thanks for reaching out.

If you are looking at the projects from the projects view, please install a plugin called GitToolBox, and you will be able to see the branches as you specified.

Regarding the second issue, may you please list all the steps you have performed in order for the repo to go back to master automatically?

Looking forward to you reply.

Oh, sorry for that. I did not realize the `toolbox` wasn't installed. My apologies, and thank you very much.

The second issue, it may be related. I'll keep following the behaviors now. But, in a nutshell, every time I merge any PR from Github into the master branch, my projects on IntelliJ also do a checkout for the `master` branch automatically.

Thank you very much.
