Horizontal tabs scrolling

Hi! I'm using IntelliJ IDEA 2023.1.1 on Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS. My question is: I tend to open many tabs and it's a headache to switch between them, first of all, I can't configure ctrl+tab ctrl/shift-tab behaviour like it's in chrome, but okay, that's not the main question, the main problem is that I can't scroll between tabs in the horizontal panel (again, like it's in chrome). The tabs are getting scrolled very slowly, why do someone will even need such slow scroll anyways, how do I cahnge it?
