Has anyone been able to use svn with a non-standard port on Windows?

I never had any problems using svn within clion when using the default ssh port, but we've had to change our firewall and use a non-standard port. I've tried a number of things to get it working in clion again but haven't had any luck. I can check out from svn and use it as usual with other svn clients on Windows though (such as with TortoiseSVN).
