Find In Path Dialog

Every time this dialog opens it defaults the "Scope" to "All projects".  Why doesn't this dialog maintain state so the next time it opens it retains the last settings?  Every time I find I have to select the "Directory" radio button and manually prune the path.  100 times a day.
