Complete new guy here, trying to create a Rails app and getting this error, no idea of whats happening. I can create new Ruby projects as I installed Ruby but something up with Rails. Windows 8.1

Hello,

what RubyMine version do you use? Do you manage to install rails gem manually using via the command line?
