failed to synchronize DB schema info: Redshift, OSX 10.11.5, PyCharm 5.0.4

When performing Sync with DB (AWS Redshift) in Pycharm, I got an error like this:

padb_config_harvest Unable to determine a value for MaxIndexKeys due to missing system catalog data

Does anyone know what is it caused by and how to continue the sync? I have only some tables visible in the list, as a result.
