Are Swift scratch files runnable?

I've been able to execute scratch Java and Groovy files in IntelliJ. Are Swift scratch files not executable in AppCode?

Scratches functionality is limited in AppCode at the moment. Please vote for CPP-3495
Hi,
Swift scratch files are still not runnable, right? The linked issue is only about the visibility of the files in the explorer. I see the file but there doesn't seem to be anything to run it.
