Linux version non-starting issue

Installed pycharm pycharm-community-2016.3.2 on Fedora 25 by untarring.

Oddly enough, pycharm started fine the first time around. Right after the install.

However, after a relogin into linux, pycharm refuses to start. I tried to capture syscalls on startup but the output file was > 25MB file so had to stop.

It seems to be looking for some dynamic libs ?? Dont know which ones.

Just bear in mind that pycharm did start the first time around and i was editing a python file. So not sure what broke after a logout.
