Setting CMAKE default environment

Hello,

I get an error that sh.exe should not be in path, whenever I use Mingw in CLion. I found a workaround through google, which is to put a PATH in  the CMake Environment Setting. For now, I have to add that for every new project I make. Is there a way to set that to be a default for C, C++ projects? This field does not appear in the Default Settings window.
