LESS file watcher

PhpStorm 2017.1 EAP
Build #PS-171.2455.9, built on January 18, 2017

My file watched seems to have stopped working. I keep getting

12:01 LESS CSS Compiler: bunker.less was modified, but didn't change any CSS files (ignore)

Even though the file has changed. Has anyone got any suggestions. I've having to delete my CSS file each time to force changes.

Could you please share your file watcher settings screen?

I'm beginning to wonder if it's file specific as the other profiles are working more reliably.

To clarify Elena's answer: you are using some 3rd party plugin and not File Watcher (which is bundled plugin made by JetBrains).

If you want to actually use File Watchers then you may create them under "Settings/Preferences | Tools | File Watchers". Please also check this handy manual/how-to: https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/PhpStorm/File+Watchers+in+PhpStorm
