Unknown color in file explorer

I have one file in file explorer that is an odd color. It's #0D293E according to my colorpicker. There is no entry in the File Status area of settings for this color number.
The scheme is Monokai. The project is in git, and the file is identical to it's repo. The entire repo is up to date.
Any ideas?

If you switch to the Default or Dracula theme, does the file color change?
Dmitri, I cannot see where to upload a screenshot. I had uploaded it using the separate file upload page, as if it was very large. Nonetheless, the file's aspect seems to have gone back to normal. I just wonder what it was, at this point.
You should be able to paste image inline the post, using the appropriate control button.
From your screenshot, it is actually not clear what the color meant. What did you do to make it normal? Changed theme? Restarted IDE?
Let us know if it happens again.
No clue how it was resolved. I didn't notice until I went to check on it today. If it happens again, I'll gather more data and report back.
