I think it's like central maven repository. Some other plugin\project\developer's may depends on yours, so JetBrains must store all plugins.

Now, I have two namesake plugins because I wanted to change the id of the plugin because the owner has been changed and I create a new one because there is no no way to remove old plugin. Could be possible to remove one of them??? The plugin is Tara. The new one ID is io.intino.tara and the old is siani.dev.tara.

Thanks

Hi Octavio,

Removing a plugin requires an administrator attention, and I'll be happy to assist here. I see there are two plugins: old (https://plugins.jetbrains.com/idea/plugin/7680-tara) and new (https://plugins.jetbrains.com/idea/plugin/9367-tara). I'd recommend removing a new plugin and uploading an update to the old plugin (with an old xmlId) - in this case, the history of updates and changes will be preserved, and all current users of the plugin will get a notification about the plugin update. Should I proceed with this scenario?

I see you are already registered as a developer for a https://plugins.jetbrains.com/idea/plugin/7680-tara plugin, so there should be no problems with updating this one. You'll be able to change description/etc during the update as well.

Thanks!

Let me know when it's done.

Plugin ID 9367 has been removed. Please add following updates to the plugin ID 7680 (https://plugins.jetbrains.com/idea/plugin/7680-tara). Thanks!
