Can't run my app in pycharm

Every time i try to run my app i get this messages from the browser also PYcharm send a message
Process finished with exit code -1073741819 (0xC0000005)
PLEASE advice me what i can do to fix this issue

Can you describe your application, or perhaps paste some of the code?
If your ran it and got a "Process finished" output message, then your application isn't running and won't be able to answer a request from your web browser.
