What is the best forum to offer a free Markdown Navigator enhanced plugin to all plugin developers?

I would like to offer a free Markdown Navigator enhanced version to all plugin developers to help them with their documentation efforts. All the developer would need to do is to contact me on my profile here or on [GitHub](https://github.com/vsch) and give me their plugin coordinates so that I can verify that it is a real plugin and they are a developer of the plugin.

The plugin developer community is fairly scattered with this forum being the best community for plugin developers that I am aware of.

Is there a venue available for this type of non-technical communication to plugin developers?
