WebStorm - Out of Memory

I am getting the "Out of Memory" dialog from WebStorm 2016.3.3 on Windows 10 / i7 2.4Ghz / 16GB RAM / 500GB free hard disk.

The project is fairly simple (basically: index.html, style.css, script.js, data.js) with no external resources.

The project is under 100KB with the exception of its data file which is about 7MB of several large data variables (some arrays, some objects).

I'm sure that once the data is moved into a database the "Out of Memory" dialog will go away.

Of course, I have to do that work in some other editor -- which (to me anyway) defeats the point of having made this purchase.

No memory dump because the UI is unresponsive, so hopefully the description is enough to reproduce the issue.
