Python interpreter resets after CLion restart

Hi! I'm working in both Python and C++, and I think it's great that you have support for both in the same editor. However, for some reason I have to go into Settings...->Build, Execution, Deployment->Python Interpreter and select the interpreter in the drop down menu each time I start CLion. When I start it the field is empty, but I am always able to select the correct one from the menu. Any idea what the reason for this could be, or how I can debug it further?
