Student License query.

As far as I understand if you don't renew your pycharm pro license you just don't have access to further updates, you can still use pycharm pro. This is through the use of a perpetual fallback license. Is this the same for personal licenses obtained using a student account? Will I just not be able to access updates or can I not using pycharm professional at all?

The Student License is valid for one year and perpetual licenses are not provided. After one year you will need to renew your Student License for the next year, or purchase a license if you’re no longer a student.
