Node.js Remote Interpreter

Hello,

I use PhpStorm 2016.3.3. I also have Node.js Remote Interpreter plugin installed. But for some reason, when I try to configure the interpreter in the Settings->Languages & Frameworks->Node.js and NPM, I only see the "Add Local" option. The documentation is pretty clear. What am I missing?
