If you activate "Find by Shortcut" action (the icon next to search field) and do a Ctrl+Click there (click in dedicated area with Ctrl key pressed) -- will it list that action?
P.S. If I choose that "Default for XWin" keymap here on Windows 10 (using PhpStorm 2016.3.3 though) it will list "Ctrl+Button1 Click" as shortcut. Will it show for you if you choose original/non-modified keymap?

I solved my problem. I change "Default for XWin" on "Default" and "Ctrl+Click' exist here.
