Can't start WebStorm from toolbox

I have installed new version of WebStorm throught toolbox.

The previous version of WebStorm run while installation of 2017.1 were in progress. Then I try to pin shortcut 2017.1 on windows quickstart panel.

Then I try to start application but it doesn't start. I uninstall 2017.1 version and install again. But it didn't help. I rebooted the notebook - no effect.

And I can't find any logs for get more information.

 

Where can I see logs for WebStorm starting?

There is one problem with log. I have delete WebStorm folder. And if try to start it from toolbox the new one isn't created. But if I start the IDE from disk I runs.

It seems that tollbox have "shortcut" to another path

When starting from disk, do you use WebStorm.exe or WebStorm64.exe?

It seems I found an error.

I just try to start 32x WebStorm and get an error

32-bit WebStorm launcher (WebStorm.exe) requires 32-bit JDK, so, if it can't be found, this error message is shown. Note that since 2017.1 WebStorm bundles 64-bit JDK, that is used by default when running WebStorm64.exe

I start this topic with problem that I can't start WebStorm from TOOLBOX. 
I can start it from far, but not from toolbox. And I have x64 OS. And I can't get any logs to find out where is the problem

Yes; but the error you can see when running WebStorm.exe doesn't seem to have any relation to your issue, as toolbox always launches 64-bit executable...

Please provide toolbox log - ~\AppData\Local\JetBrains\Toolbox\logs\log.txt

Hmm... Not sure why starting WebStorm requires elevated permissions - have never faced such issues.. Is it installed in ~\AppData\Local\JetBrains\Toolbox\apps\ ?
