PHPStorm 2017.1 now ask for username and password when running a project

All i have done is updated to the latest edition of phpStorm and when i try to run a test 'hello world' project, it gives me a new window with a popup dialog saying "Authentication Required","Localhost requires username and password".

I haven't set up and usernames or passwords and i have tried to use my jetbrains account info as credentials.

Not sure what to do here but can't find anything in the manuals that direct me to this issue.
