Shortcut or plugin to shrink non-active panes?

I know about Shift + F12, but is there something similar to shrink non-active panes?

Like if I have 2 open horizontally and one at the bottom, is there some short cut to shrink those as much as possible?

Or does anyone know of a plugin that does something similar to... https://atom.io/packages/hey-pane but for phpstorm?
