Breakpoints continuing to break, even when they're deleted [WebStorm 2017.1.1]

 Hi,

Running Angular Dart project - I set a breakpoint, and the code breaks as expected. I then delete the breakpoint, but the code continues to break. When the breakpoint is in a code loop, it means it would stop hundreds of times, so I have to restart. I have also tried setting breakpoint rules, and deleting all breakpoints from the Frames Window [button] menu.
