Uninstall & reinstall of liveTemplates plugin does'nt work

Hi there I'm currently working on a snippet plugin for Polymer.

Steps for reproduction:

1. Install the Polymer snippet plugin via the Jetbrains Plugin Repository
2. When you remove the plugin the Live Templates won't be removed as I would expect.
3. When you remove the Polymer Live Templates manually (by removing the livetemplate group) and reinstall the plugin again the the live templates won't show up...
