How to refresh the browser

I want to trigger the browser reload in my plugin. 

IDEA has a plugin "LiveEdit", it works with the JetBrains Chrome Extension. Is there any way to let my plugin also communicate with JetBrains Chrome Extension?

Or maybe there is other way to do it?
