How to configure css to use single quotes

Hi!

When in CSS/LESS/SCSS I write @im and press enter autocomplete pastes @import "";

Same with url("") and so on.

How can I configure to use single quotes? I didn't find any option in settings. It is for JS/TS, but not for CSS.
