Jupyter is not working inPycharm

After I clicked the run button, the dialog "Start Jupyter Notebook " appeared evne though the server is running.

Python version: 3.5

jupyter version: 5.0.0

PyCharm version:2016.1.4

OS: Ubuntu 16.04

/venv3/bin/jupyter-notebook --no-browser --ip 127.0.0.1 --port 8890
