Pycharm "Issue Navigatioin" for all projects

I got to say I love the "issue navigation" in pycharm 2017.1. I do have one question. It seems the "patterns" added under version_control->Issue_Navigation" are project wide.

is it possible to define one system-wide?

I work with several projects that point to the same issue tracker, its a bit of a pain to have to red-add the patters everytime I start a new "project". Perhaps there is an options I am missing.
