Configuring WebStorm to use with Ubuntu on Windows

I've seen this topic How can you use new Bash on Ubuntu on Windows terminal in Webstorm? and solution there is pretty simple. But what should I do if I want to use not just terminal but Node.js too? How to configure WebStorm to use Node.js installed on Ubuntu shell instead of using Node.js installed in Windows Program files folder?
