Request for the WebStorm web server to support "Range" header

I have a web app that needs to read a small portion of a big file on the server frequently. It seems the Web Storm built-in web server doesn't support the "Range" header yet. Can you please help to add support for the "Range" header? Thanks.

If anything -- create new Feature Request ticket there on Issue Tracker.
