[Mac] Can't delete Preferences (Cmd,) from keymap

Hi there! 

I want to map "Cmd," to something else so I created a keymap copy, removed the Preference mapping, and introduced my own.

However, when pressing "Cmd," the preferences menu still comes up. I verified the xml was correctly edited.
