Webstorm Typscript Community Stubs, connection reset
WebStorm 2017.1.3.
When trying to add library to project download library doesn't work.

please can you provide your idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085-Locating-IDE-log-files)? Put it on some file server and provide a link
can't see any errors in the log that look related.. and typescript stubs fetching works fine to me. are you behind a proxy?
