bringing IDEA window to front

Hi,

I have read in 

• Bringing editor to front
• Bring Idea window in front

I can't confirm right now that's the case because they won't load - there is something wrong with cloud.typography.com which is preventing them loading.

But anyway I believe someone said on a modern OS you can't or shouldn't bring a window to the front. Fair enough. 

However, on Windows, when Messages.showYesNoDialog or showChooseDialog etc is invoked the window comes to the front. On OSX it does not. Is there any way to get the same behaviour on OSX?
