Unit test icons

This might seem like a silly thing, but is there any way to use the unit test icons used by Rider in Webstorm (and then in Pycharm and all other intellj ides).

The reason I ask is that my eyesight's not the best and I can't easily differentiate between the pale yellow and pale green icons - from a distance they look the same to me.  Whereas the Rider ones are pretty clear - the colour contrast is much stronger and the icons are totally different shapes.
